Bag Policy – NFL Regulations: Bags that are clear plastic, vinyl or PVC and do not exceed 12” x 6” x 12” are allowed. Small clutch bags, approximately the size of a hand, with or without a handle or strap CAN be taken into any of the CMA Fest venues with one of the clear plastic bag options shown below. Exceptions will be made for medically necessary items after proper inspection at a gate designated for this purpose. Prohibited items include, but are not limited to: Small purses larger than a clutch bag, coolers, briefcases, backpacks, fanny packs, cinch bags, seat cushions, luggage of any kind, computer bags and camera bags or any bag larger than the permissible size. For security reasons, CMA has discontinued the photo lines at Riverfront and Nissan Stadiums.
New Camera Policy – Camera attachments, tripods, monopods, cameras with a detachable lenses, any video capture devices including “GoPro” type cameras prohibited

On your arrival at your hotel, check in at the front desk (Check in time is generally after 3 or 4pm depending on the property), then go to our registration desk to pick up your CMA Fest credentials or “box” as you will hear us refer to it. PLEASE REFER TO YOUR CONFIRMATION for the times and dates our desks will be open at your hotel.
If you are staying at the Drury Inn Airport – you will pick your box up at the hotel front desk at check in
If you are staying at Hyatt Place Suites Opryland, The Inn at Opryland, Hotel Indigo, Hilton Garden Inn, Holiday Express, Hilton Suites, our registration desk will be located somewhere in the lobby area near hotel check in.
Guests staying at the Renaissance Hotel Downtown will find our registration desk on the second floor, to the left off the escalator across from the fitness center.
If you are staying at the Omni Music City Center, turn to your left from the hotel desk and go to the top of the escalators. Our desk should be located near the top of the escalators.
Guests at the Hyatt Place Suites Downtown will find our registration desk down the hallway to the right of the front desk, on the right just past the elevators.
